Hi Suravee,
You are assigning a unintialized pdom->iop.pgtbl.cfg.pgsize_bitmap to
pdom->domain.pgsize_bitmap. In non-nested domain attach 
pdom_setup_pgtable() takes care of initializing pgsize_bitmap.
