Subject: [PATCH 2/3] i2c : PCF8584 : Fix do not use assignment in 'if' conditional

Fixed errors usage of assignment inside of 'if' conditional
statements. Revealed by checkpatch.pl.
Fixed by moving assignment from inside 'if' to 1 line before each
if conditional statement that caused errors.
