Subject: [PATCH v3 06/19] mm/ksw: add HWBP pre-allocation

Pre-allocate per-CPU hardware breakpoints at init with a dummy address,
which will be retargeted dynamically in kprobe handler.
This avoids allocation in atomic contexts.
