Subject: [PATCH v4 09/13] phy: qcom: qmp-usbc: Add TCSR parsing and PHY
 mode setting

Parse TCSR registers to support DP mode signaling via dp_phy_mode_reg.
Move USB PHY-only register configuration from com_init to
qmp_usbc_usb_power_on.
