Subject: [PATCH] phy: renesas: rcar-gen3-usb2: Remove extra semicolon in rcar_gen3_phy_usb2_remove()

Remove an extraneous semicolon after the closing brace of
rcar_gen3_phy_usb2_remove().
This has no functional impact, but cleans up the code style.
