Subject: [PATCH RESEND 25/62] init: rename phys_initrd_{start,size} to phys_external_initramfs_{start,size}
Rename phys_initrd_start to phys_external_initramfs_start and
phys_initrd_size to phys_external_initramfs_size.
They refer to initramfs, not to initrd
