Subject: [PATCH RESEND 62/62] init: rename CONFIG_RD_ZSTD to CONFIG_INITRAMFS_DECOMPRESS_ZSTD

Initrd support was removed,
and CONFIG_RD_ZSTD has nothing to do with ramdisks.
