Not necessarily reducing the documentation, but splitting it more
clearly between UAPI and kernel API.

One option is to add a read-only bitmask control to report the supported
versions. Speaking of versions, I think they are meant to describe the
API version (as in the layout of the standard structures), not
driver-specific versions, so I would move the version definition to this
header.
