Subject: [PATCH 2/5] drivers: hv: Allow vmbus message synic interrupt injected from Hyper-V
When Secure AVIC is enabled, VMBus driver should
call x2apic Secure AVIC interface to allow Hyper-V
to inject VMBus message interrupt.
