Subject: [PATCH 3/4] rust: leds: add basic led classdev abstractions

Implement the core abstractions needed for led class devices, including:

* `led::LedHandler` - the trait for handling leds, including
  `brightness_set`

* `led::LedInitData` - data set for the led class device

* `led::LedClassDev` - a safe wrapper arround `led_classdev`
