It should only be after the specific assembly functions that need it.
I haven't had a chance to look into this since your first email, but
again, I would like to confirm that (a) this is actually the issue, (b)
before we suppress the warnings, that all the assembly functions
actually initialize all the memory they're supposed to, and (c) which
places in the Poly1305 code actually need this.  If (c) ends up being
too many places (I think it might), we probably should just make
CRYPTO_LIB_POLY1305_ARCH depend on !KMSAN again.
