Subject: [PATCH v1 25/30] docs: reporting-issues: improve text on non-regressions in stable
Fine-tune the instructions about handling non-regressions only occurring
in stable or longterm kernels. This removes the accompanying text in the
reference section to shorten things somewhat: this case is rare and the
instructions in the step-by-step guide cover all the important bits now.
