From [1] "ECC Memory Supported Yes", this CPU should be with Out-of-Band ECC, not In-Band ECC.

What are the item names of your BIOS settings for ECC?
If it's In-Band ECC, there should be "In-Band ECC", "IBECC", or similar string names.

igen6_edac is the EDAC driver for Intel client CPUs with In-Band ECC.
ie31200_edac is the EDAC driver for Intel client CPUs with Out-of-Band ECC.
