Subject: [PATCH v6 1/4] gpu: nova-core: implement Display for Spec

Implement Display for Spec. This simplifies the dev_info!() code for
printing banners such as:

    NVIDIA (Chipset: GA104, Architecture: Ampere, Revision: a.1)
