When configured as module, there's build error:

ERROR: modpost: missing MODULE_LICENSE() in 
drivers/media/v4l2-core/v4l2-isp.o
WARNING: modpost: missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION() in

It happens when selected from an ISP driver, and ISP driver is a module. 
Then module is applied to v4l2-isp too.
