Subject: [PATCH v2 4/7] soc: samsung: exynos-chipid: use dev_err_probe
 where appropiate

Use dev_err_probe() to benefit of the standardized format of the error
code (e.g. "ENODEV" instead of -19), to get meanigful error messages, and
for more compact error paths.
