Subject: [PATCH 04/10] rust: drm: Update AlwaysRefCounted imports to use sync::aref

Update call sites to import `AlwaysRefCounted`
from `sync::aref` instead of `types`.

This aligns with the ongoing effort to move `ARef` and
`AlwaysRefCounted` to sync.
