AFAIR this oops is in the cleanup path w/o codec. The error path might
have seen a change since January.
As far as I have seen the main bug happens before, when nouveau triggers the
codec load, but because the codecs now depend on the nouveau symbol they
are not initalized while nouveu Is still probing and then times out without the codec.

Because the codecs don’t depend on the nouveau module they can be loaded
and used durning nouveau probing.

If necessary, I just carried it back to storag and this change looked trivial enough
for me.
