I previously proposed bunching the little guy with the other
object file:

And I still think that's a better idea. Alternatively, we could
create a small "gxclkctl.c" and make it common across all such
platforms, but I'm not sure that makes sense, if for each one of
them we're already going to carry a gpucc-xyz.c anyway
