Hi Jesper,
a flip fail can occur for many reasons. A lot of the time I have found
it is because of AMD firmware problems, specifically SMU hangs. In
which case, you will find the error above the flip error, such as an
SMU command being stuck. I am not sure the error itself is that
informative
