Subject: [RFC v2 11/17] bio: bio_set_status from non-zero errno

In these instances, the compiler knows that errno is not 0 and so it can
optimize 'bio_set_status(bio, errno_to_blk_status(errno))' as
'bio->bi_status = __errno_to_blk_status(errno)'.
