You missed converting the unwind-libdw-x86.c perf_regs.h paths to a
static arch so now Perf can only be built on x86. If you try to build
for another arch then you get the local header and then missing x86
definitions.
Unfortunately you also have to convert the one in
tools/perf/arch/x86/include/perf_regs.h which is a bit weird, but the
build seems to work.
