Add the fields with define + GENMASK()

Name the bits within the fields with defines.

Use FIELD_PREP() here instead of open-coding the shifting.

Hmm (returning to add text after reading all the way to the bottom of 
the patch), you seem to already have defines for these but are using 
literals here??
