Subject: [PATCH drm] drm: panel-orientation-quirks: Add quirk for ONE-NETBOOK One-Mix3 Pro

The ONE-NETBOOK One-Mix3 Pro uses a portrait-mounted 1600x2560 panel,
but firmware reports an incorrect orientation. This causes early
userspace (e.g. fbcon and GDM) to appear rotated.

Add a DMI-based panel orientation quirk so the kernel reports the
correct orientation from boot.
