Subject: [PATCH 10/10] staging: rtl8723bs: Fix blank line checks in HalHWImg8723B_RF.c

Fix checkpatch.pl checks regarding:
-Please use a blank line after function/struct/union/enum
 declarations.

-Please don't use multiple blank lines.

Adhere to kernel coding style by fixing blank line checks.
