Subject: [PATCH] mmc: sdio: add NXP vendor and IW61x device IDs

Add NXP's SDIO vendor ID (0x0471) and IW61x device ID (0x0205) to
sdio_ids.h for future support of NXP Wi-Fi chips over SDIO.
