This short series adds adds the necessary support for famfs to libfuse.

This series is also a pull request at [1].

No changes since V4 - resend due to dropped messages

Changes since V3:
- The patch "add API to set kernel mount options" has been dropped. I found
  a way to accomplish the same thing via getxattr.
