Subject: [PATCH] doc: kgdb: Add description about rodata=off kernel parameter
STRICT_KERNEL_RWX can not be turned off throught menuconfig on some
architectures, pass "rodata=off" to the kernel in this case.
Tested with qemu on arm64.
