Sure.
After wondering about how to configure emacs to do this for many
years, you have spurred me to action. In case anyone is wondering:
(add-hook 'c-mode-common-hook
(lambda ()
(c-set-offset 'statement-cont 'c-lineup-assignments)))
At least, this seems to work so far.
