I bisected to this one on mm-unstable from approximately 2026-01-12.
The warning is from
/* Misaligned rcu_head! */
WARN_ON_ONCE((unsigned long)head & (sizeof(void *) - 1));
in __call_rcu_common() and the unaligned accesses follows from there.
