I just finished the build of gcc with "-j 21". No problems. Yay!
This problem was NOT randomly occurring... It happened EVERY TIME... so... I would say that the problem was resolved by either developers or the Fedora folks (they seem to fix things sometimes so...).
I'll keep watching for this bug to re-appear. Should I contact you when/if that happens?

Do you have anything after that? On a good day there should be
a bit of a backtrace below it which might help people figure out what
triggered it.
