Ummm... This is not right.
OCFS2_BITMAP_FL is set not only for global bitmap, but also for
localalloc, extent alloc, inode alloc, etc.
BTW, OCFS2_BITMAP_FL should be checked along with OCFS2_CHAIN_FL.
