Subject: [PATCH 2/5] dmaengine: dw-edma: Report channel hw_id in dma_slave_caps

Expose the DesignWare eDMA per-channel identifier (chan->id) via
dma_get_slave_caps(). Note that the id space is separated for read and
write channels.
