The most straightforward thing to do is to copy the gunk from the
original file:

	Copyright (C) 2021-2023 Intel Corporation

... which is as of today the "official" Intel way of doing it with the
"(C)" just like that.

along with:

	/* SPDX-License-Identifier: GPL-2.0 */

and a note in the changelog about what you did. There's no need to do
any more than that because that's what git is for.
