Change still big. Maybe below step help
1. rename imx93-evk-11x11.dtsi to imx93-evk-common.dtsi
create new file imx93-11x11-evk.dts, which include imx93-evk-common.dtsi.
(supposed file name should be imx93-evk-11x11-common.dtsi)
2. Move different part from imx93-evk-common.dtsi to imx93-11x11-evk
