Subject: [PATCH v4 2/5] netfilter: ftp: annotate nf_nat_ftp_hook with __rcu
The nf_nat_ftp_hook is an RCU-protected pointer but lacks the
proper __rcu annotation. Add the annotation to ensure the declaration
correctly reflects its usage via rcu_dereference().
