Subject: [PATCH][IPX] Use existing sock refcnt debugging infrastructure

Just like in the af_packet.c, the ipx_sock_nr variable is used
for debugging purposes.

Switch to using existing infrastructure. Thanks to Arnaldo for
pointing this out.
