Subject: PROBLEM: A set of networking related oopses
Hello,
[1.] One line summary of the problem:
My gateway machine is suffering from kernel oopses that don't kill the
machine, but do occur every now and then
[2.] Full description of the problem/report:
I'm running a (NAT) gateway and file server for my home network. The
machine is connected to the local network via 1Gbit ethernet on the
motherboard (Intel IHC9 chipset, e1000e driver). Another interface is
connected to ADSL box via 100Mbit Intel ethernet card (e100 driver).
The root file system is on an LVM logical volume backed by a software
raid5 device. There's quite complicated iptables setup managed with
Shorewall. There's also two IPSEC tunnels setup with racoon. I can
provide more details about the setup if required. The oopses occur
every now and then, but I've not been able to detect the pattern when
they occur or how to reproduce the problems (I'm not even sure if the
attached oopses are related or are they distinct problems altogether).
