I have repeatedly requested the full patch, without receiving it.  I
have requested the full patch via email, and not a URL to fetch and
reconstruct the patch description and sign-offs.

I searched my spam folder just now, just in case, but no sfc there
either.

We all agree the driver is OK for merging, I continue to wait for the
roll-up patch.
