I think my diff is just being confusing. struct tcp_md5sig, being part
of the kernel API, isn't changed at all after the two patches. The
state of the code after just the first patch isn't consistent, it's
just to remove noise from the second patch.

For any second spin of this series I'll try to tweak the first patch
so it's clearer that I'm not doing anything crazy ;)
