Subject: [PATCH 02/17] mv643xx_eth: get rid of IRQF_SAMPLE_RANDOM

Using IRQF_SAMPLE_RANDOM for the mv643xx_eth interrupt handler
significantly increases interrupt processing overhead, so get rid
of it.
