Subject: [INFO PATCH]: Use list_head in sk_buff...

I just want folks to know I have this patch against net-next-2.6

It's been running on my workstation for the better part of the last
day so basic things work fine. It also passes allmodconfig builds
on sparc64.

But I want to see if I can find some way to do this change in stages
so that the transition is less painful and can be bisected at least
partially.

The biggest pain areas are TIPC and SCTP. Actually, TIPC gets special
marks for implementing it's own SKB queues in a thousand different
ways instead of using the standard skb_queue_head facilities. I didn't
even try to do anything special for them in the patch below.

Most things were trivially converted or "just worked" because they used
the generic interfaces for SKB queue management.

You'll also notice that this patch doesn't try to handle the frag lists
specially yet. That could get the same treatment, making the
skb_shinfo()->frag_list be a list_head too.

Finally, I want to mention that some other things we get from doing this
change:

1) Things that just need a list of SKBs without the lock and the dinky
qlen thing, can just convert to using a list_head to manage their
queues. Just like any other piece of the kernel.

2) It's now easier to add the call_single_data member in that initial
sk_buff anonymous union member, in order to minimize the space cost,
in those networking remote softirq patches I posted the other day.
