Subject: [PATCH 6/6] [NET] dsa: add support for the Marvell 88E6060 switch chip

Add support for the Marvell 88E6060 switch chip. This chip only
supports the Header and Trailer tagging formats. We don't support the
Header tagging format, since that format doesn't provide enough control
over where outgoing packets will be sent, so we use the chip in Trailer
tagging mode.
