Using NIPQUAD() with NIPQUAD_FMT, %d.%d.%d.%d or %u.%u.%u.%u
can be replaced with %pI4

Dave, these should all be _exact_ replacements, the few remaining in
tree occurences of NIPQUAD will need looking at, especially the
ones using %u,%u,%u,%u (note the commas)
