Subject: patches and subject lines

Hey folks.

It would help me a lot if people managed their subject
lines in patch postings a little bit better.

For example, in both the tbench regression thread
and the one on the UDP null pointer tricks the subject
is staying the same for all kinds of different patches.

This makes analyzing my patch queue in my inbox and
on patchwork a lot harder.

So when you're posting a patch, update the subject
line. You can keep the other aspects of the email
reply the same (message IDs, etc.) in order to keep
them in the same message thread.
