Its selfcompiled 64bit kernel. Intel CPU QuadCore. SuperMicro mainboard.

10Mb is correct. Its small serverhouse, old Cisco switches (10Mb forced on
Cisco side, as I know). May be, it is problem with link on cicso side.
Before it machine was connected to HP switch without problem. I send this
