Subject: the linux-2.6.29-rc1 hso driver with all our patches is still broken

Hi Alan,
When running diagnostics with a few serial ports opened
& flood pinging, the drivers module usage count doesn't
go to zero & cant be unloaded.

This doesn't happen in our internal driver without the
tty_kref_get/put patches.
