Does not work. Besides, even with CONFIG_PREVENT_FIRMWARE_BUILD=y 
firmware is built and installed under /lib/firmware when 
CONFIG_FIRMWARE_IN_KERNEL is not set. It is just that it does not help 
with netconsole :(
