Subject: [net-next PATCH 1/4] e1000e: add aer support

From: Jesse Brandeburg <jesse.brandeburg@...el.com>

most if not all of the devices supported by e1000e support
AER (Advanced Error Reporting) so we attempt to register
with the OS that we know how to reset ourselves after
a fatal error.
