Subject: Kernel crash on htbinit restart

Hi all
i have high loaded system - about 1,2 gbps

System is Gentoo, kernel vanilla 2.6.27.10 with htb patch 04 from  
Jarek. This patch going into mainline kernel 2.6.27.13

Uptime of router is 15 days
today, after changing shaper paramaters i have a crash on restart  
script htbinit
its a standard script from http://sourceforge.net/projects/htbinit/

Unfortunately, i dont have anybody info from netconsole, but router is  
up after 3 min - I think its a
softlock panic

Do you hava any idea ?
